We are a specialist national communications agency. For more than 25 years we have delivered calm and considered communications solutions to our clients in both the public and private sector. We are passionate about using sincere and open engagement to shape cities, towns, villages and the infrastructure that connects them. Holidays at Counter Context

• Your entitlement is in your contract and offer letter.
• Holiday requests are made on CharlieHR, our people management software.
• Line managers will decide on requests based on resources while you are away.
• Give as much notice for booking holidays as possible.
• More than two weeks requires special permission.
• We do not close at Christmas; you must book the time off between Christmas and New Year.
• You can carry over four days leave into the following year.
• If you are asked to work outside normal contracted hours, your line manager will agree when you can take this time back in lieu.
