ReactHQ is passionate about empowering tech talents to build excellent products and re-invent work in Africa and beyond. We do this by training & mentoring non-techies so as to help them start a career in tech. After their graduation, we place them with organizations looking to solve their own attrition problem.

The Problem

Tech talent shortageThere’s a global tech talent shortage. This is caused by, high entry point for the career as a whole. Making it not easily accessible for the extremely poor. High attrition rate organizations are battling with high attrition rate when it comes to their tech talents. It is said that the financial cost to replace one tech employee is about 50-60% of their annual salary. High unemployment rate High unemployment rate in Africa such that most people who manage to graduate from universities are unable to secure jobs for themselves within the first 4 years of their graduation.

Our Solution

A company where motivated & talented africans are groomed and trained to be techies so they can: 1. Fill tech talent gap 2. Lift themselves out of poverty 3. Help tech companies reduce attrition rate

Our Product

Train

We select the top 1% of all our applicants at all times. The selected candidates are made to pass through an intensive 3-6 months training program.

Equip

We don’t just train the selected candidate with necessary tech knowledge, we also train them in Business management and project management(Agile Methodology) so they wouldn’t have to take any of these courses anymore once they graduate from our academy.

Place

We will place the successful graduates with our hiring partners who will in turn provide them with the industry experience they need to grow in their new careers.

Manage

We will analyse our client’s (companies) needs real fast and connect them to the right tech talent fit for their needs.By training the tech talents, we are building our own talent pool and since we only choose the top 1% of our applicants at all times.
