Perks : What constitutes or brings material or spiritual beneficts. In this chapter it means the asserts that the companies or schools and what make some people happy because it is advantageous for us.

They are located in the west campus ecst. This is very relevant because we can save time to sleep in these bedrooms. Indeed if we sleep in the bedrooms we don’t need to have the transportation time. It is very useful for the students who come from an other country with the Erasmus plan.

this forest permits for the sport teachers to do their exercises with the forest or again for a walk.

This is important because for the sport it is more good to do sport in the forest that in the schoolyard because we have more obstacles and it is bigger. For the teachers who have a break is it cool because this allow you to get some fresh air and have free minded.

This is important for the students, because it is better for their back, because without iPads we should to have paper textbooks which are very heavy. The teachers like that because they are sure that you can check the homework and to make sure that we haven’t forgotten anything.

The iPads are very important because there are the textbooks inside and the teachers can send emails more easily.

Those car parks allow you to be sure of having a car seat. This is good because we don’t pay for a car seat, the car seats are very near of the school and not to walk much. This is useful because the teachers don’t have the stress of not finding a car seat and so they aren’t afraid to arrive late.

those courts are nice because the students can play on these courts. This perk is very well for the sportsmen and women because they can play with their friends and so have a pleasant moment. They can also clear their heads by playing sports. Those courts are useful for the sports teacher because they can coach the students on these courts.

The localisation of the east campus ecst is enjoyable because it is located very close to the Leclerc.This is important because the teachers and the students can buy foods at noon to lunch, and all this for less and the service is faster.

This can be very useful because if we need to carry a heavy load we can use it, for the injured students or the injured teachers they can use this because it is more simple that the stairs and it takes less time.The elevator allow students and teachers to have a free mind if they get hurt.
