The importance of educational research
and its ethical issues
Educational research is an activity that produces the development of capacities for intellectual work and understanding and by means of these students analyze, know and convert their reality, that is, they build their understanding.
It helps to improve the study and allows us to get closer to reality, building progress and the welfare of society.
The research is identified as a means to be able to make a greater understanding of the subject, of the processes of education and learning and of the conditions in which they are made in addition it can support the analysis of the collaborations that are established in the student field: teacher-student and student-student; and it can contribute to examine the way in which the different educational practices are shown.
Ethical shortcomings in relation to competitors
This ethical shortcoming is given by the non-compliance in the educational inquiries of the ethical beginning of respect, breaking the sovereignty of the competitors.

Ethical disadvantages in the development of the work
These remain given by the mistakes made, both unintentionally and intentionally in the organization, development and/or disclosure of the results. This is caused by the erroneous choice of the ethical principles that govern the activity or by the erroneous use of methodologies and information processing.
Researcher's own ethical shortcomings
These are errors inherent to the lack of ethical values of the educational researcher, which can lead to fraud, manipulating data and information to meet the expectations placed on the results.
