PRESCRIPTIVE GRAMMAR: Is to tell people what rules they should follow.

It was created that educated people have to speak and write using the correct forms.
It adjust to the rules of his mental grammar.
The environment and the exposure to the language determines what language will be used.
It doesn't try to change the rules.
This is formal grammar taught in formal instruction

Children are birth with the ability to acquire, develop, and understand a language.
All language is similar in grammar laws.
It is taught in schools in foreing language classrooms.
