Hystory

It is not very clear the story, about who it was, or where the first rubber duck race took place. However there are many places and very diverse where they are made. In some of them, such as Stockbridge (Edinburgh), Katherine (Australia) and Saskatchewan (Canada), these races have been taking place since 1988. Currently, in many places in the world these types of events are celebrated, and most (if not all) are directed in the same way. These are charity events. The profits for the ”bets" are for some type of NGO or association that needs it, so it has become fashionable among groups that share a charitable purpose.

How to compete?

The ducks are thrown from a truck and the current moves them (it is not a competitive race, its luck).

You have to Pick a rubber duck. Competitors have to put their name on the rubber duck.

You dont have to push rubber duck.

Many rubber ducks must participate.

The winner of the competition can receive travel, money or prizes.

You can't leave any rubber duck. .
