Although it looks a little jumpy at first glass - if you inspect further, you can see the candidate was rather jumpy at the start of his career in the early 2000's. However, in the other positions, he has been in the majority for 2+ Years. However, it does seem as though he likes to move after around 2 years. Ideally it would be good for a candidate to show they can stay with a company for a long amount of time.
