The haloween tradition comes from the Celts who thought that the spirut of the dead people came back and they used to put a table with food to share with them. They dressed up and danced.The tradition says that There was a mean spirit that was called jack and they made pumpkins with candles inside to drive it away and those pumpkins are called Jack-o-lanterns.
