4 Processes of goal
Self-evaluation is the process of comparing one's present performance to a desired result or objective. The importance of the objectives and the criteria set effect self-evaluation.
Self-observation - can be used to track one's progress toward a goal and to encourage behavioral adjustments.
Self-reaction - How one reacts to one's own performance may be inspiring. If one's development is regarded satisfactory, he or she will have a sense of self-efficacy about continuing and will be encouraged to reach their objective.
Self Efficacy - "The Belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to manage perspective situation" (Albert Bandura)

BOBO DOLL EXPERIMENT
BOBO doll EXPERIMENT
- Children would imitate the behavior in another environment. This was important, as it suggests that the violence could be imitated by viewers.
- Adults were recorded being aggresive to bobo dolls
- Children were shown the video and then allow to play in a room full of toys
- Children were agressive to the bobo doll just as the adults were in the video (Cherry,2014)
social learning theory
Bandura’s social learning theory provides a helpful framework for understanding how an individual learns via observation and modeling
Behaviors learned through modeling
Attention
The model must be taken into consideration. When the model's behavior is more spectacular, distinctive, or prestigious, and when the model is more similar to ourselves, our attention is drawn to it.
Retention
We must be able to recall the seen behavior, which may be improved with practice.
Reproduction
We must be able to repeat the behavior we've just seen. It's important to keep in mind that a newbie may not be developmentally ready to repeat the activity.
Motivation
We must be motivated to demonstrate what we have learned. This can be influenced by both reinforcement and punishment.
