L&D will deliver a number of briefing sessions which will be available to all staff prior to the start of the programme.

L&D will carry out a recruitment drive for mentors and mentees. Once this is done staff will be able to apply to either be a mentee or mentor.

Programme starts. Participant agreement is signed. Sessions 1 and 2 will take place. Themes: Introduction and objectives to be agreed. Reflective diaries are populated by both mentors and mentees. L&D check-in.

L&D will match mentees and mentors. Once matched, mentees will attend mentoring training and mentors will be invited to attend active listening sessions which will aid staff over the course of the programme.

Evaluation and feedback on the programme
