CONGRATULATIONS! Make sure you always attach your helmet! If your helmet is detached, it won’t protect you if you fall.

I HELP HIM GET UP AND I IMMEDIATELY BRING HIM TO THE INFIRMARY
I ASK HIM TO STAY VERY STILL AND I CALL AN ADULT
I TOUCH MY CLASSMATE’S KNEE TO SEE WHERE IT HURTS

INDEED! In the case of a trauma, you have to ask the person to stay still to avoid aggravating the injury, before alerting an adult.

At the canteen, your classmate is choking on his food, he has his hands around his throat and can't talk or cough and keeps his mouth open. What do you do?
I SLAP HIM ON THE BACK TO TRY TO REMOVE THE FOOD THAT’S STUCK
I IMMEDIATELY GO GET AN ADULT SO THAT HE CALLS AN AMBULANCE
I INVITE HIM TO DRINK SOME WATER TO MAKE THE PIECE OF FOOD GET THROUGH
15
CONGRATULATIONS! Your classmate can no longer breathe, you have to act quickly, even before alerting an adult! To do so, firmly slap your classmate 1 to 5 times on his back (between the two shoulder blades) with the heel of the hand to help him remove the piece of food.
BE CAREFUL! If your classmate can still cough or talk, this means he’s able to remove the piece of food himself. In this case, encourage him to cough to remove the food himself and put him in a position in which he feels better.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!
