- Working as one to acheive a goal- Bouncing ideas off of one and other - Coming up with creative ways to overcome challenges - Supporting eachother - Sharing skills and knowledge

- The workload is shared out- Teammates can build friendships - Increased productivity as a result of healthy competition - Less chance of failure - Less risk of mistakes being made if everyone helps eachother - A wide skillset is available

What makes teams work?

- Holding eachother accountable- Defining expectations of each team member - Strong communication - Team meetings - Asking for help and advice - Sharing the workload out evenly
