Bryan Givens

EXPERIENCE

I manage our manufacturing floor, warehouse and shipping departments.

After 20 years at my previous job its eye opening to be the new guy again. I'm excited to learn and be exposed to other departments within EnerSys and to develop relationships with other leaders within Operations.

I enjoy anything that has to do with being behind the wheel of an automobile. Autocross, 4x4 – you name it. If its driving, I like it. For family activities my wife and four kids also enjoy concerts and try to go to as many as we can each year!

Chris Deitering

Manufacturing ManagerHays, Kansas

Experience

I oversee Parts Casting, Grid Casting, Pasting, Oxide Mill, Plate Cleaning, Assembly, Formation and Finishing. For the previous 2 years I have been the Materials Manager in Hays and still functioning in that capacity also until we have backfilled this position.

My focus during this is to better understand the functional areas of our company in order to bring that back to my Peers and Subordinates in order to make Hays and ultimately Enersys more successful.I like to fish, even though I am not good at it and every weekend I enjoy playing cards and games with my wife, her mother and her grandfather.

Experience

Managing Purchasing department to ensure VOTD and resolving component shortages to support suppliers’ OTD. Specialized in Contract Manufacturers in China.

Excited to be part of this program and looking forward to meeting and learning from leaders from different regions and functions. Enjoy outdoor activities and working on my first 2-stroke motorcycle restoration.

Plant Controller Ooltewah, TN

Experience

Responsible for the finance operations at the Ooltewah plant. This includes but not limited to monthend close, forecasting, and budgeting plant expenses. I am looking forward to getting to know my peers. Getting to see how other sites operate and use our resources to better help each other as well as learn more about other areas of outside of Finance.

I love spending time with my family. I have two boys that are 16 and 13, so they keep Tony, my husband, and I very busy! We love to snow ski as a family; however, my favorite thing to do it watch my boys play sports and do what they love.

Production Manager Warrensburg, MO

Experience

My job responsibilities are to care for and lead people while managing the various production processes in efforts to surpass company goals. I'm excited for the opportunity to be a part of this program to expand my knowledge about different operations groups while networking with fellow EnerSys professionals and ultimately improving as a leader.

I enjoy sports, camping and going to different national parks. Some of my most relaxing times are family fire pit nights in the backyard.

Jason Smith

Experience

My Job – Run the day-to-day operations for sub-assembly (lead, prep, pasting) and supporting the entire plant in meeting the plant My Focus - Improving communication to the plant employees, developing the next leader, and employee engagement. My Hope - To do my little piece in order to make the company successful.

My Hobbies - Anything to do with sports or being competitive. Spending time with family and taking my kids to the creeks to explore nature. I love to continuously learn new things so this program will be great!

Jordan Kroeger

Experience

HR Manager for EAS-Munitions (Pinellas Park & Horsham, PA) Expand my knowledge of the Operations and other functional areas.

I relocated from our facility in Hays, KS in 2016 to the Tampa Bay area in 2016 as part of an acquisition by EnerSys in Pinellas Park, FL I enjoy traveling to see and play great golf courses.

Jose Luis Sorano

Project Coordinator Tijuana MX

Experience

I manage all CAPEX/ARs projects for the plant , new product introduction and design area. I also work with process engineers on daily support to operations. Eager to start the program, I hope to learn as much as possible from all the champions and participants, love the idea to learn about all areas, so later I can share the knowledge at my plant and help to improve them.

I like most of the sports and practice cycling and swimming, trying to go every weekend and ride at least 40 miles. I just fixed my two left feet by taking salsa and bachata dance lessons, I think I’m getting better.

ExperiencE

My duties include supporting operations, troubleshooting, equipment installs, and evaluating processes and workflows to identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve and develop best practices. I'm looking forward to meeting new people within the organization and having a better understanding of other support functions.

My wife and I have two kids - Payton (13) and Bradyn (12). My hobbies include hunting, camping, boating, and enjoying a good movie with the family.

Micah Meeker

Production Manager Richmond, KY

Experience

Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Buying, Operations - Tubing Plant Manager and Currently Production Manager in FB Value Stream. Responsible for MP Flooded Battery Value Stream. I am currently the Manager of the Backshop operations which include Oxide, Grid & Spine Cast, Pasting, IC Filling, Plate Finish and Small Parts Casting.

I look forward to meeting other Leaders and get a better understanding of all functional areas of operations. I love to play golf. I had my first hole-in-one 2 years ago. I also enjoy grilling and BBQ smoking for family and friends.

Ramiro Casas

Experience

Responsible for the plant quality department, in process inspection, product quality, Internal/ external Audits, Customer complaints. Data Analysis related to process performance. Grow knowledge of EOS system and Lean Manufacturing Tools and Practical applications.

Before EnerSys I worked for 20+ years in the Automotive Industry in Quality, Engineering and Operation roles. Enjoy outdoor activities, Watching Sports and spending time with my family.
