REFLECTION >Throughout this 1St Quarter I've obviously learned quite a lot about eggs, how you can use them, when they're fresh, the anatomy of the egg, etc.. I love eating eggs especially for Breakfast and so this whole quarter has helped me gain more knowledge on how to appreciate eggs more and how I can use them for many more dishes

- In this Second quarter, I've learned all about vegetables and how they are cleaned and kept fresh. If I were to ever want to learn new recepies in the future I could use the things I've learned as a way to help myself improve.

Reflection: In this quarter I had learn how to cook a dish called pininyahang manok with my grandmas recipie. This quarter helped me expand my knowledge with poultry dishes.

Reflection:This quarter taught me all about the different kinds of meat and how we can tell medium rare to raw with our hands. I've learned not to put the heat too high or the meat won't cook inside. I also learned the fact I'm moving up to senior high so bye sirrr:>
