SKAIO is Germany’s first wooden high-rise and currently the country’s tallest wooden building. The u values for the precedents walls are 0.5 W/m² K and the floor about 4.1 W/m² K followed by roof with 1.67 W/m² K. Housing high rise tries to implement renewable resources for insulation and other purposes.

This precedent consists of with 56 smaller studios and one bedroom apartments and is a residential building. Since The structure is situated in Germany, the country has an average of 42.62 GJ/m2
