pasive recruiting
2. Job Boards
Job boards still play a significant role in company recruiting.
3. Job Search Engines
pasive recruiting
- Even though a job search engine finds many jobs automatically when it searches the internet, companies use them to recruit directly as well.
4. Referrals
- Employers love referred candidates because when there's a referral, there is a better chance of getting a qualified candidate because employees doing the referring know the company and the type of people who would be a good fit.
5. Social Recruiting
- The use of social recruiting, which takes place when companies use social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to advertise job openings and recruit potential employees, continues to increase.
Passive recruiting
Active Recruiting
-Other companies actively recruit candidates. They attempt to connect with and engage potential employees through Job fairs, by visiting college campuses, by posting on external sites,....
- This can sometimes include asking the company's current employees to share job postings with their connections on social media.
III. What is a recruitment strategy?
1.Treat candidates like customers
•Be respectful of their time.
• Make yourself available.
• Be hospitable
2.Implement an employee referral program
- A well-developed employee referral program can encourage even more of your employees to refer the best talent they know. - Consider providing incentives for referrals with bonuses and contests so you can create excitement around the program.
3.Make use of sponsored jobs to stand out
- One of the best ways to make sure your job posting continues to stand out is through a sponsored job which can result in more high-quality applicants.
• Make titles as specific as possible. • Open with a captivating summary.
4.Create compelling job descriptions
- Writing an attention-grabbing and thorough job description is one of the most important parts of the hiring process
• Include the essentials. • Highlight your culture.
