- Only the first line of each cell starts on the left side. The other lines are indented.
- Explicit rules: If a table is...-longer than one page: Table headings should be repeated on the next page, but not the table number or title. -too wide to fit in one page: landscape orientation might be used. If not, different pages can be used but the first column on each page should be repeated.-too long and too wide at the same time: no other option but to change the table.
- Specific notes: the superscript character for the specific notes followed directly after the content, without a gap between them. In the specific note that was written below the table, there was not a gap either.
