Lesson 1A Grammar: question formation
If a verb is followed by a preposition, the preposition comes at the end of the question. Example: Where do you come from?
We often use negative questions to show surprise or when we expect somebody to agree with us. Example: Don't you speak English?
We make questions by inverting the verb and the subject. Affirmative: She is He does Question: Is she? Does he?
