RELATIVE CLAUSES
In general terms, we use relative clauses to give further information about people, places or things.
Combine the following pairs of sentences using the proper relative pronoun:that, who or which.
1. This is the house. Jack built it. 2. The teacher punished the boy. He didn't do his homework. 3. I know a man. He wears a prosthetic leg. 4. Bring me the file. The file is on the table. 5. We met a girl. The girl had lost her way. 6. I saw a soldier. He developed PTSD. 7. Once upon a time there lived a giant. The giant was very powerful and cruel. 8. I just recieved the parcel. My brother sent it. 9. My neighbor makes a lot of noise. He needs a delicate warning. 10. The dog bit the burglar. He was trying to break into the house.
