An identity chart...

Is a graphic tool that you can use in order to identify characteristics that shape you as an individual. In an identity chart, you can use words and phrases that represent you. If you feel that society´s labels have had a big impact on the person that you currently are, you can include them as well.

What are some aspects of our identity?

Age group

Personality

affiliations

There are other aspects that you could also include for your identity chart. These are just some examples to give you an idea of what to include.

Instructions

1. Create your own identity chart in you notebook using any of the examples as reference. 2. Write at least 10 identifiers for your chart. 3. You can include colors, drawings or pictures to make your chart more representative of your personality (optional). 4. Remember to write the date and the title. 5. Upload a picture of your work to Classroom.
