about the survey
When online survey data is compared to paper survey data, there are some notable differences. Also, the data is not truly descriptive of the community: the library was unable to get data from residents in low income housing environments.
Observations
The aim of the surveys was to obtain data pertaining to the community's wants and needs and to define community interests. The library intends to use data from these surveys to guide its decision making processes.
objectives
