CALISTHENIS
WHAT IS CALISTHENICS?
Calisthenics is a form of exercise which uses the weight of your body to build muscles. You need to stay active on a regular basis to avoid chronic movement deficiencies in later life: calisthenics will help your strength, speed, mobility, flexibility, agility and endurance.
You don't need any special equipment to practice Calisthenics. Anyway, there are Street Workout Calisthenics parks to workout on urban furniture.
