  • If you have any doubts about what the ither person is refering, ask before asume things and avoid misunderstandings.
  • Analize the values of the organization and always try to communicate with official documents in case it is neccesary.
  • Keep communication via internet.
  • Make an effot to have presential meetings.
  • Observe the person and how they act with other people to see the values they have, and think if there is something they can change or not.
  • Practice and do active listening and not just hearing.
  • Look for help with ONG's or other groups that represent people with lower social status.
