With verbs that in Y but with a consonat before, we remove the Y and add -IES

With verbs that end in -O, -CH, -SH, -SS, -X, or -Z we add -ES.

For any other verb with different ending, only add -S

For verbs that end in Y but with a vowel before, just add letter -S
