The mirror of erised

On Christmas Day, Harry receives some gifts. One of these gifts is an invisibility cape. So Harry decides to use this gift to enter the restricted section of the library during the night. And search into the books for something about Nicolas Flamel. The first book he opens begins to scream and he is forced to abandon it and run out of the library. As Filch and Snape walk around the corridors, Harry hides in an old room. In this room, he finds a magnificent mirror. The first time he looks in the mirror, he sees a whole multitude of people behind him, but there is no one else in the room except him. He looks in the mirror again and sees his father and mother. He excitedly promises his mother in the mirror that he will come back. The second night he returns to the mirror with Ron. But Ron doesn't see Harry's family, he sees himself as a Quidditch captain. Then the next night, Ron asks Harry not to return to the mirror room. But Harry decides to go anyway. He is so focused on the mirror that he doesn't notice Albus Dumbledore is there. Dumbledore explains that the mirror is called 'the Mirror of Erised' and also says "It shows us what we want... whatever we want...”
