Developing practices that honor balance, build your resilience, support the wellbeing of those you're working with, and enrich the wellbeing of your community will support sustainable, long-term success.

How am I collaborating with others?Relationships and relational practices are foundational to our leadership model. This includes relationship to self and others. The theme of relationship to self and others is a throughline through each of the four leadership components. Examining our relationship to ourselves, understanding ourselves, and enhancing self-awareness is a lifelong process. Relational leadership is about engaging and collaborating with people around you to find a path forward in ways that leverage assets and build lateral power. It is spherical rather than hierarchical. A great leader is an expression of their collective.
