Got a new starter joining the team?

Here's what you need to do!

If coming into the office, book them a desk and confirm with Reception who will be greeting them (yourself or buddy)

Hold meeting at end of week 1 to discuss probationary objectives

Complete Engine IT Form to confirm equipment/ software need (click for link)

Work with us to identify a buddy for your new starter & agree their responsibilities

Book in probation review meeting & start to collate feedback.

Welcome them to the business (tour of office/ team lunch/ annoucement to pillar)

Continue to check in with your new joiner throughout probation & agree a management style that works for you both

Put a hold in your diary for your new joiners first day to ensure you can welcome them to the business

Book in introductory meetings with team/ key stakeholders
