Every physical activity session has 3 basic parts: 1- Warm up 2- Main part: you achieve the objectives set for the sessions 3- Cool Down: in this part you reduce the intensity of your exertion and let your body return to its initial pace and condition. It finishes with taking care of your personal hygiene. A shower or a change of clothes are fundamental and necessary parts of good health.
