You must have been continuously employed by us for at least 1 year by the EPD
You must have at least 26 weeks continuous employment with us by the end of the matching week
An adoption agency has given you written notice that it has matched you with a child for adoption and the EPD;
You have notified the agency that you agree to the child being placed with you on the EPD;
You must have not received any Enhanced family leave pay from us before; or
If you meet the qualifying conditions, you will be entitled to 39 weeks’ SAP. SAP is paid at a set rate of £151.97 per week (from 4th April 2021) or 90% of your aver-age weekly earnings if less.
if you have, you have returned to work from your previous period of Enhanced leave for a period of 9 months. This consecutive period is calculated from the end of your period of leave that you received Enhanced Pay for

Your spouse or partner must not be taking adoption leave with their employer (although they may be entitled to take paternity leave).
You must be receiving SAP for the same period, and this is included in the Enhancement(See eligibility requirements left)
