What can the Host control?
- Quick Access - This needs to be off, so the host can control who can and can't join the meeting.
- Share Screen - This needs to be off. This will allow or won't allow people other than the host to share their screen.
- Send Chat Messages - This will allow or won't allow people to send messages. When off only the host can send messages and people can't respond. There is not a chat with Host Only option.
- Mute All - Mute all people at once.
- Remove People - remove someone from the meeting through the People button.
