What is a method?

KEY TERMS: Approach, method and technique

  • APPROACH: theoretical underpinnings, broad philosophical perspective on Language Teaching.
  • METHOD: set of procedures, step by step
  • TECHNIQUE : specific classroom activity (e.g. dictation, listen and repeat, …)
