Intercultural is

  • anything occurring between or involving two or more cultures

Every country, every community are strongly tied together by an intricate tapestry of individuality, so to understand their culture is to understand them. Speaking to a person in a way which is sensitive to their own distinct, unique culture enables a someone to show genuity.

Intercultural Communication

Intercultural communication is the study and practice of communication across cultural contexts. It applies equally to domestic cultural differences such as ethnicity and gender and to international differences such as those associated with nationality or world region.
