This report provides us with data such as variability KPI, RTT %, as well as the tracking of our critical variables for the project, such as Basis Weight, Thickness, Tensile Strength MD and Tensile Strength CD. This report is developed in the Power BI platform, since it is a business intelligence software, it gives us the advantage of having a dynamic, lite report, and easy to consult (intuitive report).

Enter the following link: https://app.powerbi.com/

From the link of the invitation that should arrive to your email.

From the Essential portal, in the upper left corner click on the 9 dots next to the Essity Essentials name, click on All applications and look for Power BI, if it is the first time you enter it will ask you to log in with your corporate mail address.

Once you have entered the Power BI Service page, in the left menu look for the Applications option, access it and look for the App that will already be installed in your portal called "Power BI Manufacturing LATAm".

Once inside the application, we open the Quality Reports for LATAm section and we will see the reports that are already available, we enter the LATAm Variability Report v2.0 by clicking on the following link.

Within the Report we will see 2 sections Variables and Vaibility Report. In the Variables section we can select the variable we want to consult, when entering any option we can see tables and graphs created based on the calculations mentioned above, however we have new filtering options not only by Year, Month, Day, but also now by SKU, Production Order and with an option to see the trend that follows the variable.

The last section is the LATAm Variability Reports: Here we can choose to view the General LATAm KPI, as well as the new section for the DOM which is the Daily KPI, with its trend for each Site, we can also choose to view the RTT LATAm report as the Heatmap of the sites.
