Internal regulations for school coexistence

Social coexistence is regulated and improved through a manual .

  2. 10 students.

  5. Their family, social, or economic circumstances hinder their ability to learn at school.

EVALUATION (PESTLE)

POLITICAL: The purpose of this project is to help this school establish quality standards for coexistence, as well as to meet the educational needs of students, change all those punitive actions registered in the manual into pedagogical and didactic actions. ECONOMIC:The student’s socioeconomic background and location still have too much impact on children’s behavior. SOCIAL:The Integration with local community (vulnerable population)make them learn some misconducts and foul language. TECHNOLOGICAL:The school does not have enough devices to carry out formation activities; hence new devices are required. LEGISLATIVE: Law 1620 of 2013 sets out the legislation for the protection of children, therefore the coexistence manuals must focus on that educational purpose. Our MANUAL for school coexistence facilitates relationships. ENVIRONMENTAL:They are often rooted in poverty and bad living conditions, what I have observed is that these students interact with antisocial groups

SOLUTION

A good option as a possible solution to that disciplinary situation could include these 3 interesting activities. The distinction among the three actions is important as they can complement each other. In our coexistence manual the sanctioning procedure can be reduced if these actions are combined effectively over a period.

Conclusion

At the end of the school year, students will feel more comfortable and self confident about their behavior if they have the support and approval of teachers and peers. 1. There will be a classroom climate or environment that allows the fulfillment of school work by all the actors. 2. The appropriate language will create a suitable atmosphere in the classroom. 4. The members of the group will assume roles of disciplinary commitments that will strengthen their integral formation in principles and values.
