In education there are a number of materials that allow the teaching and learning process to be more effective.

Characteristics of Printed material

• Printed material is more affordable in the world and more appealing for teachers and students to read.

• Printed materials are easier to obtain since they do not require electronic media to make use of them.

Characteristics of Printed material

• Printed materials make the teacher's instruction direct with the students.

• There are some reasons for teachers and students, especially in early childhood education, that make them prefer to work with printed material in the classroom.

Benefits of printed materials in the classroom

Students can take it everywhere and read it without Internet access.

Highlight the fact that teachers are responsible when teaching children to use printed materials.

Students can interact with the environment while having access to printed materials.

It allows comprehension to be better than when students read on a computer. By direct contact between the individual and the printed materials, as textbooks must be held, touched and turned over.

Conclusion

Finally, it can be understood that both multimedia and printed materials are essential in education, since, in some way, each one has significant contributions in the teaching-learning process. Because they allow interaction, communication and understanding of the contents.
