Evaluar lo que fallé en mi anterior negocio. ¿Con cuánto capital cuento? ¿Tengo el tiempo suficiente? Conocimiento: actualizarnos, el público no es el mismo de antes. Analizar el mercado, saber identificar si es un bien o un servicio y, dependiendo de eso, tomar estrategias. Tener un plan financiero, comercial y comunicacional.
