It is very useful to know how to agree in an everyday conversation. If you are talking with somebody and you want to express agreement you can use some expressions like ‘I do too// So do I ’ and ‘I don't either// Neither do I’.
We use short responses to express agreement with another person.
Use so, too, neither, not either to express similarities
Use so or too if the addition follows an affirmative statement.
A. Mark is strong.B: So I am. I am too.
Use neither or not either if the addition follows a negative statement.
A: He didn't get married. B. Neither I did. I didn't either
Agreeing in affirmative statement

Use the pronoun + auxiliary verb + too.So + auxiliary verb + noun / pornoun. When you agree in a positive way.
Agreeing in negative statement
Use the pronoun + auxiliary + NOT + either Neither + auxiliary + pronoun to agree in negative way.
