Deserts are very dry places that receive very little rainfall every year. During the day, the temperature in a desert can be very high. however, at night, the temperature can drop very quickly. Due to the high temperature and low water supply, very few plants grow here. Cacti are an example of plants found in the desert. Animals found in a desert include camels and fennec foxes.
Some types of animals in the desert are the camels, Fennec foxes, anteater, coyotes, Jackals, Meerkats, mohave rattlesnake, etc. and some types of plants in the desert are the Agave or MAGUEY, WATERBIZNAGA, JOSHUA tree, CACTUS, CHOYA CACTUS, JUNIPER, OCOTILLO, ETC.
