an old house – over 100 years old a weatherboard house a bit draughty difficult to heat no insulation but I really like it

two bedrooms a lot of cupboard space the kitchen is pretty old, unrenovated too much furniture a bit cluttered

a small front garden a bigger back garden, with a very big tree makes a lot of shade in the summer quite a few vegetables and native plants

I like it 'cos it's old and got character my neighbours are good really convenient for the parks and shops and it's near my daughter ... that's another big plus
