Ostrich race
The record was obtained by an African ostrich that reached 90 km / h. The best time of an ostrich in 400m was 2 minutes 36 seconds.
I'm not kidding. Can you imagine getting on an ostrich and running on it like a horse?
The ostrich race consists of four participants with their ostrich running in a race of normally 400 m.
These animals reach up to 43 miles per hour so riding them could be an extreme sport.
This competition originated in Africa and reached the United States, where it became more popular.
