By knowing what is available elsewhere you can understand the best ways to sell and recommend our properties.

Mystery Shopping

Create Your Competitor Guide

• Use the Mystery Shopping work sheet found at the end of this course to help guide you through mystery shopping of up to 4 competitors, score and report them on their facilities, response times and the quality of the customer service (viewing) Discuss their positives and negatives what they do differently with your line manager. Send a copy of your mystery shopping report to ed.howe@urbanbubble.co.uk for use with upcoming reports.

• Read the City Report and discus with your line manager any points of interest that you have noticed

• Use Rightmove to conduct a price and service comparison

• Is the website clear and inviting?
• How long did it take before they called/emailed you back ?
• Was the correspondence professional?

• Were the FOH friendly and inviting?
• Was the letting team individual friendly and dressed professionally?
• Have the Letting Team followed up on your viewing?
