THE FIVE PERIODS OF YOGA
The word YOGA means "UNION" in Sanskrit, the languaje of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union ocurring between mind body and spirit.

EASY POSE
2.- You start with your feet together (heels slightly apart) and press down your toes and spread them open.
- - The Easy Pose is a sitting pose that will strengthen the back, and stretch the knees and ankles.
YOGA POSES
.-Yoga is a practice that connects the body, the breath, and the mind. .-This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health. So this presentation will show us some yoga poses that we can do.

-Or Savasana is a resting pose, but it is challeging because it's one of the most relaxing poses, but while there is no flexibility required.
CORPSE POSE
.-Or Marjari is a fantastic pose for stretching the back and neck and warms up the spine.
CAT POSE
.-Or Balsana is a resting pose and one that is great to do when you need to relieve stress or fatigue.
CHILD'S POSE
-Downward facing dog
.-Or Adho Mukha Svanasana is one of the most common and recognizable yoga poses and one that doesn't require you to be overly flexible

BRIDGE POSE
8.-Its a great pose to practice for working on squaring your hips, creating isometric strenght in your legs and toning yor pelvic floor.
LUNGE POSE
10.-Plow pose is an inverted yoga posture that stretches the spine and shoulders while rejuvenating the nervous system.
PLOW POSE

7.-Keep your head and spine neutral as you engage your core, lifting your hips nd knees off the floor.
