1-2-1 Meetings
Peer Observations
New Staff Induction
Conduct a series of formal 1-2-1 peer mentor meetings as well as being an informal point of contact for any questions the mentee may have.
Conduct Peer Observations, offer mentees opportunities to see your own classroom practice and support the facilitation of Peer Observations in your department.
Work with the Advanced Practitioner Team to support new staff settle into your department area.
