In iObservation, select the 'Growth' tab and choose 'Plans.'

Select the administrator whose plan is ready for review, and click 'Review.'

*Note: if the review tab does not yet appear, then the plan is still private to the learner and they have not submitted the plan for your review

On the plan that opens, verify the administrator has a starting point and final goal expectation.

Read the administrator's responses for the three questions, ensuring that each answer completely addresses the question.

Read and review the action steps to ensure they meet criteria.

Select the 'Approve Plan' option (if no revisions are needed) or select the 'Return Plan with Comment (if revisions are needed), then save.

Select the administrator whose plan is ready to be finished and select 'Finish.'

On the screen that opens, verify that a Growth Plan Rating is displayed.

Add any additional comments at the bottom of the Growth Plan.

Select 'Finish and Submit Growth Score.'
