1. Place the quinoa or rice at the bottom of the bowl.2. Place the veggies and cooked chicken on top. 3. Drizzle with your dressing of choice!

1. Répartir le quinoa cuit dans 4 bols. 2. Répartir les carottes, le chou, le concombre, les épinards, le poivron, les radis, l'avocat, le maïs et les graines de tournesol sur le quinoa dans chaque bol. 3. Arrosez de la vinaigrette de votre choix !
