How to use CS Live?

CS Live is a Chrome Extension that allows you to visualize Contentsquare Zoning KPIs directly on your website without using Contentsquare platform.

What difference between CS Live and Zoning Analysis ?

When

Let's now see a scenario when you would use CS Live to quickly check how the elements of a specific URL are performing.

Let's imagine you are in a meeting and you need insights quickly on a new product page you've added recently. You'd like to know which product performs the best to eventually reconsider the order of your content.

What zones drives the most revenue?

What product shows the highest conversion rate?

How

Make sure you've downloaded CS Live. Open a page of your website and click on the extension to open it.

Set up your analysis context

Select the device you want to evaluate.

With Retroactive background, you can choose a version of your website up to 90 days in the past.

Choose between evaluating data for a specific URL or an aggregate of URLs (a Page).

Select a date range - you can also include time parameters. Data is refreshed every two hours

Note: By default, CS Live will show data for the single URL only.

Choose your segment, and whether to include or exclude it.

Choose the revenue metric to see which zone is leading in revenue.(See the 15 metrics definition here).

Once you've set up your analysis context, you can click on any zone you're interested or press "enter" to display the data.

This metric shows you which zones are both attractive and driving high ROI. you can see that visitors who clicked on Printed dress were likely to spend more than visitors who clicked on any other section

To quickly identify what content visitors were exposed to and what zones drive the most conversion:

Install CS Live extension on your browser and open a page of your website

Set up your analysis context in accordance with your analysis objectives (is the CTA performing well, are my users enough exposed to the key content, etc)

Click on the zones using the metrics you're interested in and get the first insights on your page performance.
