Great Amber

Concert hall "great amber" is a concert hall in Liepaja, located in Vecliepaja, Radio Street 8. The concert hall was opened on August 12, 2015 and was created by Austrian architect Folker Günke. The total ar ea of the building is 14,126 m², it is 30 meters high and has 8 floors. There are three concert halls – the Great Hall with 1000 spectators, the Chamber Hall with 200 seats and the Experimental Stage with 120 seats, complemented by an art room on the 1st floor of the Civita Nova building and a mirror hall on the 6th floor. The building is home to the Liepaja Symphony Orchestra,as well as liepaja Music, Art and Design Secondary School and Art Gallery. The total cost of the concert hall is 38.51 million euros and its general construction is SIA"Merks".
