I did not realize that having foreing teachers could guarantee a better education!That means that Colombian teachers have the opportunity to teach in USA easily. Now, I know that Colombian teachers are specially reserved for the middle- social status people.

Having in mind what the comic has transmitted, we consider necessary to clarify some interesting points. Analyzing this school and the advertisements they use as institution we can say that we found some interesting points. In first instance, when we knew the name of this school which is “Colegio Nueva Granada” we though it was related to the patriotism that each person as Colombians need to have in mind (Colombia was called before Nueva Granada); that is to say, an institution who helps to recognize the importance of preserve our own culture and tradition which helps to catch the attention of parents interested in their children’s education. Most of the time, those all things only remain in words. Secondly, when we focus on the vision statement is evident how the leadership nowadays is pretty interesting and not only this one, but also when a parent is interested in an institution that mentioned the education of the mind and the training of the character of every person it could be absorbing in terms of education. But, from our point of view, we consider this institution takes into account what the "actual world needs" people who go outside the country, get money, speak another language to success; however; not the needs that each student may have and how to take advantage of each talent. It means, there are some people to be leaders, there are other people who have other skills that are also necessary to develop in an academic context.
Thirdly, we were able to identify how in the presentation of the school, the image used (in which several people from different cultures, ages and regions are seen) has great meaning and can be a very powerful strategy in the school, because it is shown that the school has a dimension of inclusion in their learning. Finally, we can see the teachers that the institution has. The name is Nueva Granada but there is not Colombian teachers there. For us it is something unjust because foreign people could arrive here and look for and employ in schools and be accepted. On the contrary, if you go abroad and you are a teacher you do not have the opportunity to work easily. So, it is something horrible that foreign people is consider here as "important element" to teach, even if they do not about pedagogical tools.
