The video recording is posted directly to the Teams channel conversation area for participant access. If enabled, the video will include captioning. Transcription is not available for Teams channel meetings. The video file is stored in the "Recordings" folder, located in the Files tab of your Team site, known as SharePoint. Only Team members have access to the recording. The file cannot be shared with external users.

The recording is available to all participants through the Teams Chat. If enabled, captioning and a transcript will be available with the recording. The video file is stored in the "Recordings" folder, located in your OneDrive. By default, only those invited to your meeting have access to view the recording. However, video owners can share the video file with other users, including external guests.
