NOMOPHOBIA

Nomophobia is the fear of being left without a telephone and without a mobile device.

CAUSES

The causes of Nomophobia are many, starting from normal telephone use to a much greater use of the telephone until it becomes an addiction.

HOW TO GET OUT

You can get out of this phobia in rehab where you can't use or have the phone for a whole day and instead of being with the phone you'll do manual activities to spend your time.

La nomophobie est la peur de se retrouver sans téléphone et sans appareil mobile.

CAUSE

Les causes de la nomophobie sont nombreuses, allant de l'utilisation normale du téléphone à une utilisation beaucoup plus importante du téléphone jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne une dépendance.

COMMENT SORTIR

Vous pouvez sortir de cette phobie en cure de désintoxication où vous ne pouvez pas utiliser ou avoir le téléphone pendant une journée entière et au lieu d'être avec le téléphone, vous ferez des activités manuelles pour passer votre temps.
